If you watch a Sunday Night Football game on NBC, I'm sure you've noticed that they will sporadically promote other NBC shows during the telecast. I was watching the Eagles and the Cowboys last night and when they came back from commercials Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth were previewing the guests on The Tonight Show for the coming week. They said, you know, "Monday Jay's all new with the star of the new movie The Fighter, Mark Wahlberg. Michael Buble will perform on Tuesday," and they continued for the rest of the week until they got to Friday's guest, when Al said my favorite line:
"Friday, Jay's got Luke Wilson's older brother Owen."
Who considers Luke the more famous Wilson brother??? I mean, don't get me wrong, I think they are both funny, but are you really going to tell me that Owen, star of movies like Marley and Me, Wedding Crashers, and Zoolander (personal favorite), is LESS famous than star of Idiocracy, Luke? (By the way I am aware Luke has done other bigger movies, I just chose not to mention them).
The only thing that would have been better is if both Owen and Luke were on Leno together and Al Michaels said, "And, Friday, Jay's got acting superstar Andrew Wilson's brothers - Owen and Luke."
