How To Ruin a Dinner

I made a pasta dish last night for Christine and me. I blanched some peas to use in the pasta, and then decided I would cook the pasta in the blanching water to try and add a little extra flavor to it. However, pretty sure I ruined the dinner when I told my wife I cooked the pasta in pea-water.
