Should There Be A Minimum Age To Run Trick Plays?

As a sports fan there's nothing cooler than seeing your team run a trick play to perfection. It's an unexpected thrill. When the same play doesn't work however, it's gonna be a fan mutiny of epic proportions.

That being said, trick plays in professional sports - fine; trick plays in collegiate sports - fine; trick plays in High School sports - fine; trick plays in pee-wee football - eeeeehhh? I'm not sure.
